So, I had an idea to start a business, and named it Created Collections, with the tag "Simply Handmade" The business was formed in 2008 and since then, I have stayed the course, and now heading to 2.0 reimagined!
Reimagined is simply taking things to the next level. Thinking outside the box, and being more customer focused, skin and beauty focused.
I revisited the vision and mission of the business, and realized I am aligned with frequency and creativity of why I do what I do. I am truly grateful and thankful to God who has made all things possible for me!
I found that it is truly good and wise to stop long enough to make sure the customer is happy, satisfied, and feels appreciated for doing business with me. I never want to be the company that merely pushes products and not truly consider the purchaser on the other end of the phone, email, text, or social media.
I find it quite annoying when I have shopped with a business for years and they begin to grow, and you can no longer get anyone on the phone let alone an email response after years of patronizing the business. How does that make you feel?
In closing. I would love to hear from you about your goals, and dreams. Never let anyone tell you how far you can go. Never let anyone stop you from dreaming and using your imagination, because that is where your creativity will begin to come forth.
